Born: July 16, 1939, in Slatina, Olt County. Son of Coriolan Dragomir, veterinary doctor and Polixenia Dragomir (born Negreanu), professor.

Married to Ana Dragomir, born Borcoman. One son, Paul Dragomir, physician, university assistant

Studies

  • 1957 - graduate "Radu Greceanu" High School, Slatina
  • 1957-1963 - Medicine studies at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest
  • 1961-1963 - Non resident medical student, University of Medicine and Pharmacy,  Bucharest
  • 1963-1966 - Resident medical student, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest
  • 1966-1969 - Scholarship for PhD candidate, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest
