since 2000, member of the Committee for Budget, Finance, and Banks, and of the Committee for Regulations;
member of the Joint Committee of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate for the control of the Court of Audit budget;
secretary of the Romania-Kazakhstan and member of the Romania-Turkey friendship parliamentary groups;
initiator of many legislative proposals among which: protection from the effects of smoking; local elections; establishment and use of the Special Solidarity Fund for building houses for young people; election of the President of Romania; election of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate; amending the Law of publicity; authorisation of construction works and some steps for building houses; Romanian citizenship; local public administration
